Military personnel returning from active duty and spouses/partners/family members.
Special financial circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

Payment
Payment is due prior to start of appointment. You may elect to make your payment in advance by paying
on-line with a credit card. Even though the on-line payment is processed by Paypal, you do not need
a Pay Pal account to use the on-line payment service. Cigna is the only insurance coverage accepted at this time, though other insurance plans are currently being considered. If you are not a member of Cigna, you will be provided with insurance "point of service" statements that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. I do not take any responsibility in whether or not your insurance carrier offers reimbursement.
Paypal accepts most credit cards. Let me know if you have any problems using Paypal.
Telephone Crisis Intervention/Counseling: $25.00 for every 15 minutes.
